Emily Arendt
Arendt specializes in research focusing on groups whose lives and experiences are often overlooked in traditional narratives, especially women.

Arendt received the 2016 Dr. Tasneem Khaleel Award for Mentoring Young Female Professionals for her work with AAUW鈥檚 SmartStart program, which provides instruction to women on how to negotiate for more equitable salaries.  In 2015, she received a fellowship at the New York Public Library in support of her research into the relationship between food and partisanship during the early years of the United States.

The mission is to advance equality for women and girls.

Founded on November 28, 1881, by 17 female college graduates, AAUW has developed a rich tradition of leadership, scholarship, advocacy, and action.  AAUW has shaped the social, political, and economic scene for women, including the fight for pay equity; a woman鈥檚 right to vote; and legislation that protects women at home, in schools, and in the workplace.

Today, AAUW numbers more than 100,000 members, 1,300 branches, and 500 college and university partners, of which 顶级国产视频 is one.

Guests are welcome to have lunch in the cafeteria, with service starting at 11:00 a.m.  顶级国产视频 faculty, staff, and students can use their U-cards, or they (and other guests) can pay for lunch by getting payment slips from AAUW for $10.
