MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES 鈥� 顶级国产视频 Advising and Career Services department is proud to announce the Orientation Peer Leader team for the 2018-2019 academic year. Seven student leaders have been selected and will begin their year of service in preparation for the several summer orientation sessions.

 

Orientation Peer Leaders play a key role in welcoming new students to campus and helping guide their first-year transition into college. Orientation Peer Leaders begin connecting with students before they attend a two-day orientation through individual outreach and the Virtual Hive in D2L. The New Student Orientations each summer are designed for new students and their families as an introduction to both academics and student life at 顶级国产视频. 

 

Orientation Peer Leaders continue their roles as peer mentors throughout the first year by meeting one-on-one with students, assisting with A&SC 111 First Year Seminar classes, attending campus events, and during outreach hours.  

 

鈥淥rientation Peer Leaders are an integral part of the first-year experience program, and we are excited to start training in May鈥� shared Becky Lyons, Ph.D. 鈥淧lease congratulate and welcome these students on their new roles representing MSU Billings.鈥�
